Eight schools. One remarkable club.
We are alumni of Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton and Yale, along with friends from sister institutions such as MIT, all living here on Florida's Gulf Coast. We meet for lunch and good conversation, celebrate the seasons together, and raise scholarship money for local students with Ivy dreams.
Good company since 1957
Monthly Luncheons
Speakers worth hearing and conversation worth staying for. Fourth Tuesdays at Marina Jack, right on the Sarasota bayfront.
Socials and Happy Hours
The Spring-into-Spring and Fall-into-Fall soirées, evening happy hours, and outings to the theater, opera and concerts all season long.
The Economics Club
A lively discussion group that meets over breakfast and on Zoom, November through April. Free for members to join.
More than lunch
A good meal is easy to find in Sarasota. Harder to find is a room of two hundred people who share your background, want to know what brought you here, and will remember your name next month. That is what membership is actually for.
Fifty dollars a year is less than one dinner for two. Most members come to six or more events, which works out to a few dollars each, and the scholarship fund gets the rest.
Member news
Honors, appointments, new books, and what our scholarship students are up to. Have something to share? We would like to hear it.
